FSSC 22000 certification, based on ISO 22000, combines the mutual requirements of distributors and manufacturers in terms of food safety. The combined FSSC 22000 / ISO 9001 certification enables you to cover all distributor requirements. On completion of this course, you will be able to :
- Master all the steps involved in carrying out a food safety management system audit in accordance with FSSC 22000v5.1, ISO 22003 and ISO 22000.
- Pass the CQI and IRCA Food Safety Management Systems Lead Auditor exam, a prerequisite for becoming a certified Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) auditor by CQI and IRCA.
- Adopt behaviors adapted to the conduct of a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) audit.
