Food safety: preparing for the unexpected

The sixth World FoodSafety Day was celebrated on June 7, 2024. The day was an opportunity to encourage action to prevent, detect and manage food-borne risks. This year's theme, proposed by the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations) andWHO (World Health Organization), was "Preparing for the unexpected".

The AFNOR group, which federates food industry experts around food quality and safety standards(ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, IFS, BRCGS), has organized a series of webinars as part of the day's events, enabling participants to share their experience of human and organizational approaches and best practices in meeting this challenge.
