This course has been developed for the benefit of clients wishing to understand and implement the latest ISO 22000:2018 requirements. It also provides clients with the knowledge and skills required to conduct an internal audit.
At the end of the training, you will master all the methods and attitudes to adopt in order to successfully plan, carry out, report and follow up an internal audit within the framework of an SMSDA.

- Describe the process and risk-based approach and apply the requirements of the ISO 22000:2018 food safety and management system.
- Describe the role of internal audit in maintaining and improving management systems.

- Internal auditors who are required to carry out internal audits for their company's ISO 22000:2018 system. They may be management representatives, production managers, quality assurance managers, etc.
Knowledge of HACCP principles and prerequisite programmes (PRP) is recommended.
