The Bolivian Institute for Standardization and Quality (IBNORCA), a private non-profit association founded on April 29, 1993, is the sole representative in Bolivia of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), as a full member, and is responsible for two fundamental pillars of quality:
- Technical standardization
- Quality certification.
IBNORCA contributes to improving the competitiveness, productivity and management of organizations through standardization, conformity assessment and human capital training activities.
