Certification to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard helps organizations promote gender equality by structuring their own inclusion management system, which includes specific key performance indicators (KPIs) linked to gender equality policies within organizations.
Gender equality certification applies to any type of organization, whether in the private, public or not-for-profit sector, regardless of its size or the nature of its activity.
