On November 15, 2024, in the Pallerini Room of Pesaro's Palazzo Gradari, the event " Towards Gender Equality Certification ", promoted by the Marche Regional Directorate, will be held. Speakers include, Elio Minutellarepresentative ofAFNOR Italy, will share the group's experience in terms of gender equality certification.
The event will provide a unique opportunity to explore the role of gender certification in promoting equality within companies and organizations. Over the course of the day, two main themes will be addressed:
- Session 1: Spotlight on equality between women and men, during which experts and authorities will give an overview of the current situation and the challenges ahead.
- Session 2: The experience of equality certification, with testimonials from organizations that have already embarked on this path.
Numerous institutional and academic representatives will be taking part, including Andrea Biancani, Mayor of Pesaro, Paola Biasi from INPS and Fatima Farina, professor at the University of Urbino, as well as representatives from the business world and trade unions.
