How does it work?

Following the opinion of an expert, based on the report submitted by the mystery visitor, certification is awarded for 3 years. The hotel undergoes a control audit every 18 months to ensure that it is following the certification process.

Hotelcert international INSTRUCTIONS FOR CERTIFICATION

  1. Application for certification : After acceptance of our proposal, you plan and select the start date for the certification process.
  2. Setting up the process : You inform staff at least 2 months before the start of the certification process.
  3. Assessment: The AFNOR Group's assessment gives you a clearer picture of your facility's strengths and potential areas for improvement.
  4. Certification decision : You receive a certificate valid for 3 years.
  5. Follow-up audit and renewal of your certification: We offer you a renewal assessment.
