THE SCENARIO

Certification to UNI/PdR 125:2022 helps organizations promote gender equality by structuring their own inclusion management system which includes specific performance indicators (KPI) linked to the organization's gender equality policies.

Q: Why did you decide to undertake the certification process?
R : It was a natural step in the growth of our company. The values and ethical principles of personnel management have always been part of GATE ENERGY's soul and procedures. We are an analytical laboratory interested in the value of individual resources, not just the efficiency of our own processes. When the Praxis was published, we realized that our integrated management system was already compliant with gender equality requirements, so we decided to proceed with certification as soon as possible.

THE BENEFITS OF CERTIFICATION

Certification to PdR UNI 125:2022 will give us a competitive competitive advantage in the market.
In recent years, particular attention has been paid to companies' capacity for inclusionand it has been discovered that the most successful companies are those that manage to create and maintain a resolutely inclusive working model internally.
This not only brings benefits in terms of image and reputation, but also increases cultural stimuli and culture in general, leading to greater economic value and greater attractiveness to investors..

Q: What were the main benefits of obtaining certification?
R : The first satisfaction we've gained is the objective recognition by a third party that the values and principles expressed in GATE ENERGY's Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct are not just words, but deeds.
The expected result is that we will be able to improve our reputation, presenting ourselves as a reality that is not only ethical, but above all conscious of equality and the gender gap.

Q: What do you see as the greatest challenges?
R : We realized that being among the first to implement this practice in our management activities was the real challenge, as there were no references or direct experience to guide us. So the challenge was to combine this model with our business management tools, which are very lean and goal-oriented. Our team was directly involved throughout the implementation, and it was an opportunity for everyone to grow and improve.
