IRIS certification - Quality management applied to railways

This certification is intended for all players in the rail supply chain: suppliers, integrators and operators involved in the design, development, production and maintenance of rolling stock in Europe and worldwide.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CERTIFICATION

1. Pre-audit (optional): Carry out a personalized diagnostic to make sure you're on the right track before the certification audit (distinct from an audit).
2. Data review and preparatory review: Intended to assess the level of compliance of the organization to be certified with IRIS prerequisites.
3. Initial on-site audit: Your auditor interviews your teams to analyze your practices and data in relation to the standard's requirements.
4. Audit report: Summary presentation of audit findings and audit report.
5. Certification: the AFNOR Group issues your certificate and logo.
6. Monitoring and renewal: Maintenance audit every year and renewal audit every 3 years.
