Complexe GL1K is proud to announce its ISO 50001 V 2018 energy management system certification, obtained on July 10, 2025. This distinction marks a decisive step towards improving energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

Certification body AFNOR Algérie conducted an in-depth audit from July 7 to 10, 2025, confirming Complexe GL1K's commitment to optimized energy management. The auditors meticulously assessed the processes impacting energy performance, through interviews, data analysis and evaluation of the actions implemented.

This success is the result of hard, independent work by the GL1K Complex, led by the business's energy team, without recourse to external support. At the end of the audit, no non-conformities were found, many positive points were highlighted and no deviations were identified, demonstrating a strong commitment to compliance with energy and environmental policies.

Mr. Salah Eddine Hellali, auditor for AFNOR Algérie, warmly congratulated Complexe GL1K on its commitment to energy optimization, stressing the importance of pursuing this continuous improvement approach. Mr. Abdelhalim Seridi, Director of Complexe GL1K, expressed his gratitude to the Activity's staff and team for their invaluable efforts, reaffirming his commitment to excellence.

Complexe GL1K also praised the leadership of Mr. Youcef Amara, Vice President of the LQS Business Unit, for his decisive role in promoting energy efficiency in line with international environmental standards.
