Target audience: The course provides an opportunity for participants to share their doubts and concerns. This concerns the implementation and updating of a management system for the prevention of corruption. The course is aimed at consultants, auditors, compliance officers, members of the supervisory body (ODV) and corruption prevention and transparency officers (RPCT). They wish to deepen their knowledge of tools and methodologies for the design, implementation and evaluation of ISO 37001-compliant anti-corruption management systems.
The ISO 37001 "Anti-corruption management systems" standard helps public and private organizations in the fight against corruption. It aims to establish a culture of integrity, transparency and compliance. Growing awareness of the damage caused by corruption has prompted the definition of international and national strategies. These aim to reduce the risk and impact of corruption, while also taking into account the usefulness of anti-corruption tools.
The latest version of the standard, ISO 37001:2025, introduces stronger provisions for a culture of compliance. It also covers the management of conflicts of interest and the impact of climate change. It also clarifies the role of the anti-corruption function.
These updates ensure greater harmonization with the most advanced international practices and with other management system standards.
Participation in this course provides the necessary skills to undertake a qualification path as a first, second and third party auditor.
