BACKGROUND
This training covers only the requirements related to the ISO/TS 22002 series and additional requirements (§2.5.1 through §2.5.18 of the protocol).
The topics of Food Defense and Food Safety Culture are addressed, but for a more in-depth understanding of these subjects, dedicated training courses are available.
