What is the ISI INAIL 2025 Call for Proposals?

The ISI (Incentivi per la Sicurezza e l’Innovazione) call for proposals is a public notice promoted by INAIL that makes financial resources available to companies that implement projects for the demonstrable improvement of health and safety conditions.

The objective is twofold:

  • reduce occupational accidents and illnesses in a concrete manner;
  • promote a structured and measurable culture of prevention.

The resources are divided into different funding axes and distributed on a regional basis.

Who can participate

The call for applications is open to:

  • businesses, including sole proprietorships, registered with the Chamber of Commerce;
  • micro, small, medium, and large companies;
  • agricultural enterprises for specific dedicated interventions.

Companies must be in compliance with their tax and insurance obligations and meet the requirements set out in the public notice.

What does the ISI INAIL 2025 Call for Proposals fund?

The call for proposals supports projects aimed at:

  • ✔ Adoption of organizational and management models such as:
    • ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System
    • Organizational Model 231 (MOG 231)
    • SA8000 – Social Responsibility
  • ✔ Introduction of digital and automated systems for data management, processes, monitoring, and controls, in line with regulatory developments and the latest ISO 45001 requirements.
  • ✔ Reduction of risks and accidents through investments in:
    • safer machinery
    • improvement of work environments
    • more effective organizational solutions
  • ✔ Greater protection for the company and management in terms of regulations and administrative liability.

Economic contribution

The financing is granted as a capital contribution (non-repayable) and covers a significant percentage of eligible expenses.

In general:

  • Minimum amount: 5,000 euros;
  • contribution up to 65% (with higher percentages in some areas);
  • amounts up to €130,000 can be financed;
  • minimum investment thresholds specified in the call for proposals.

The procedure involves an online application phase followed by a "click day," which makes careful preparation of the project essential.

Applications may be submitted from 12:00 a.m. on December 18, 2025, to 12:00 p.m. on March 31, 2026.

Beyond the contribution: transforming investment into structured value

Participating in the ISI INAIL call for proposals means embarking on a path of improvement. However, the real competitive advantage is achieved when the investment is not a one-off intervention, but is integrated into a structured and verifiable organizational system.

This is where the value of certification comes into play.

The value of AFNOR certification in the context of the ISI INAIL 2025 call for proposals

In the process of improving health and safety at work supported by the ISI INAIL 2025 Call for Proposals, certification issued by a third party represents a distinctive element of credibility, reliability, and organizational solidity.

AFNOR, an internationally recognized certification body, certifies corporate management systems, including ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Integrating a project funded by the call for proposals with certification means:

  • objectively demonstrate the company's commitment to risk prevention;
  • consolidate a structured system that complies with international standards;
  • strengthen reputation among customers, partners, and stakeholders;
  • improve competitive positioning in tenders, contracts, and regulated markets;
  • give continuity over time to the investments made.

Certification is not just a formal attestation: it is a strategic qualification tool that allows you to transform an economic incentive into a stable and recognized organizational model.

Want to get the most out of your investment in security?

If your company is considering participating in the ISI INAIL 2025 Call for Proposals or has already launched an improvement project, you can strengthen its impact through recognized and independent certification.

AFNOR supports organizations that wish to officially certify their occupational health and safety management system.
