PRESENTATION

UNI/PdR 192:2026 defines the requirements for developing a management system designed to promote a balance between family life and work, with a particular focus on parenting, caregiving responsibilities, and the well-being of families.

The Prassi introduces a structured approach—based on policies, objectives, actions, and specific key performance indicators (KPIs)—that enables organizations to plan, monitor, and improve their work-life balance policies over time.

During the course, the following topics will be explored in depth:

  • structure and requirements of UNI/PdR 192:2026;
  • Implementation of the Management System; areas of evaluation and related KPIs;
  • certification process;
  • Integration and synergies with UNI/PdR 125:2022.
