What is the ISI INAIL 2025 Call for Proposals?
The ISI (Incentivi per la Sicurezza e l’Innovazione) call for proposals is a public notice promoted by INAIL that makes financial resources available to companies that implement projects for the demonstrable improvement of health and safety conditions.
The objective is twofold:
- reduce occupational accidents and illnesses in a concrete manner;
- promote a structured and measurable culture of prevention.
The resources are divided into different funding axes and distributed on a regional basis.

- businesses, including sole proprietorships, registered with the Chamber of Commerce;
- micro, small, medium, and large companies;
- agricultural enterprises for specific dedicated interventions.
Companies must be in compliance with their tax and insurance obligations and meet the requirements set out in the public notice.
What does the ISI INAIL 2025 Call for Proposals fund?
The call for proposals supports projects aimed at:
- ✔ Adoption of organizational and management models such as:
- ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- Organizational Model 231 (MOG 231)
- SA8000 – Social Responsibility
- ✔ Introduction of digital and automated systems for data management, processes, monitoring, and controls, in line with regulatory developments and the latest ISO 45001 requirements.
- ✔ Reduction of risks and accidents through investments in:
- safer machinery
- improvement of work environments
- more effective organizational solutions
- ✔ Greater protection for the company and management in terms of regulations and administrative liability.
Economic contribution
The financing is granted as a capital contribution (non-repayable) and covers a significant percentage of eligible expenses.
In general:
- Minimum amount: 5,000 euros;
- contribution up to 65% (with higher percentages in some areas);
- amounts up to €130,000 can be financed;
- minimum investment thresholds specified in the call for proposals.
The procedure involves an online application phase followed by a "click day," which makes careful preparation of the project essential.
Applications may be submitted from 12:00 a.m. on December 18, 2025, to 12:00 p.m. on March 31, 2026.
