Prevencija vršnjačkog nasilja u sportu: Novi korak HNS-a prema sigurnosti mladih

Prošli četvrtak, 29. svibnja 2025., u sklopu projekta implementacije standarda UNI/PdR 42:2018 - sustav upravljanja protiv vršnjačkog nasilja u sportu, održao sam edukaciju u kampu Hrvatskog nogometnog saveza u Medulinu.
Edukaciji je prisustvovalo više od 30 sudionika iz različitih dijelova HNS sustava - uključujući trenere, predstavnike akademija i administrativno osoblje. Fokus edukacije bio je na razumijevanju i praktičnoj primjeni zahtjeva UNI/PdR 42:2018 u sportskom okruženju, s ciljem sustavne prevencije vršnjačkog nasilja, jačanja kulture sigurnosti i izgradnje podržavajućeg sustava za djecu i mlade.

💼 Ovaj projekt provodi AFNOR Croatia, kao predstavništvo francuske AFNOR Group za našu regiju, u suradnji s HNS-om. AFNOR je trenutno vodeće europsko certifikacijsko tijelo za područje upravljanja protiv nasilja (UNI/PdR 42:2018) i antikorupcije (ISO 37001).
Uz glavni naglasak na zaštitu djece, dotaknuli smo se i ključnih poveznica sa standardom ISO 37001, s ciljem integracije etike, odgovornosti i antikorupcijskih mehanizama u rad sportskih organizacija.
