At its Annual General Meeting in June 2025, the Group presented a solid balance sheet with sales of 76.6 million euros and a positive net profit of 1.8 million euros, without recourse to public subsidies. This result highlights the resilience and excellence that characterize AFNOR's activities, while underlining the Group's commitment to sustainably supporting businesses in the face of their present and future challenges.
In the field of certification, AFNOR has maintained its high standards and efficiency. The success rates of our professional certifications bear witness to the quality of our training courses and the rigorous audits carried out by our experts. For example, the integrated QSE internal auditor certification has a 97% success rate, while ISO 22000, which focuses on food safety, has a 100% success rate. Other certifications, such as those relating to quality, environmental or safety management, also show solid performances, reinforcing the confidence that professionals and companies place in AFNOR Certification.
At the same time, AFNOR pursued its digital transformation and the innovation of its services, to meet the growing needs of its customers for efficiency and agility. The Group has strengthened its digital platforms, facilitating access to standards, certification management and distance learning. This technological evolution is part of the Group's global strategy to support companies' economic and regulatory transitions, while guaranteeing a fluid and secure user experience.
Internationally, AFNOR is asserting its leadership in standardization. In 2024, it ranked among the top six contributors to theInternational Organization for Standardization (ISO), giving it a strategic role in defining global standards. AFNOR is taking the lead in several key sectors, including the circular economy, artificial intelligence, energy transition, water management and decarbonization.
In addition, AFNOR International continued to develop as a major player in over 37 countries, notably in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Supported by a solid network of local partners, AFNOR International offers a complete range of certification and training services, adapted to the regulatory and cultural specificities of each market. This activity now accounts for almost 20% of the Group's total sales, underlining the growing importance of international business in AFNOR's sustainable growth strategy.
