Assessment method
Learners must also complete a self-assessment grid before and after the training course, enabling progress to be assessed in relation to the various training objectives. This grid constitutes the formative assessment for the module.

A cold questionnaire is sent out to measure the usefulness of the training after three months for the trainee and asks about the practical application of knowledge.
