Provide a solid foundation in the fundamentals of power system protection:
- The fundamental engineering principles that dictate the scope and composition of protection within a power system.
- Basic vocabulary for discussing and describing protection issues
- Understanding and knowledge of the devices that make up protection systems.
- Diagrams showing the application of protection in transmission and distribution networks.
Each module is divided into easily identifiable sections:
- The course includes quizzes to help you check your progress
- On successful completion, candidates receive an industry-recognized certificate detailing the modules taken and the grades obtained.
At the end of the training, you will be able to :
- Implement appropriate methods
- On successful completion, candidates receive an industry-recognized certificate detailing the modules taken and the grades obtained.
The course is aimed at engineers of the technical generation, recent graduates and unit operators: any personnel where knowledge of protection is an issue.
