OPEN LEARNING Operating Combined Heat & Power & Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Systems

This training course equips you with efficient methodology for designing a quality management system that meets the requirements in the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

This programme covers the construction and operation of main and auxiliary plant used in CHP and CGGT, as well as how to integrate processes between the two. The course examines the relationship between process needs and supplying electricity to the distribution network, in addition to the statutory requirements for CHP and  CGGT operations, including health and safety.

Advantages of this Open Learning Training

Each module is divided into easily-identifiable sections

  • The course incorporates quizzes to help you check your progress,
  • On successful completion, candidates receive an industry recognised certificate detailing the modules completed and the marks achieved,
  • Plan your own study periods and study anywhere,
  • Develop your knowledge at a pace that fits your requirements,
  • Each module incorporates quizzes to help you check your progress,
  • The programme includes tutor-marked assignments and feedback to support your learning.

On completing the training, you will be able to:

  •  Implement suitable methods
  •  On successful completion, candidates receive an industry recognised certificate detailing the modules completed and the marks achieved.
