  • Adopt the appropriate behaviours for conducting and carrying out an OHS Management System audit
  • ISO 45001:2018 Auditor Conversion (OHSMS) training certified by CQI and IRCA under reference 2109 (PR356).

 

WHO IS CONCERNED?

Any professional wishing to perform OHS Management System audits (1st, 2nd and 3rd part) and become a CQI and IRCA ISO 45001 (OHSMS) auditor.

Anyone with prior knowledge of ISO 45001, management system audits and who has already carried out audits and has completed a CQI and IRCA certified audit manager course (or equivalent) in another discipline, and has passed the examination (a certificate of passing the examination will be requested)

In addition, the trainee should have the following knowledge

  • OHS management principles and concepts: the PDCA cycle and the challenges of a health and safety (H&S) DM
  • OHS management through hazard identification, risk assessment and control and compliance with legal and other requirements
  • national and local OHS legislation and requirements
  • commonly used OHS terms and definitions presented in ISO 45001.

To validate his registration, the trainee will have to commit himself to the possession of the prerequisites presented above.

Certification: to register as a CQI and IRCA certified auditor, more information on the CQI and IRCA requirements can be found at www.quality.org/knowledge/join-irca.
